Priyanjali Dhoot and Abhishek Malpani met in a typical Indian Wedding arranged marriage style setup. Initial inhibitions, awkwardness and shyness aside – they were poles apart!
She’s a bubbly vivacious girl and he neither talked much nor liked to dance (quite a bummer for her!) But the vibes were goooood… So they met again. Hoping for a case of opposites attract, maybe?

Priyanjali fell head over heels in love with Abhishek! So…. what did the trick?

Abhishek took cues from her favorite TV series ‘One Tree Hill’ and popped the question on a hot air balloon ride. And he made sure all their special moments were captured forever… now who can say no to that much love! 😉
The Grand Indian Wedding!
And then began the wedding shenanigans from the colorful Mehendi to the Great Gatsby Sangeet to the grand wedding reception.
For her mehendi, Priyanjali wore a refreshing orange & mint blue Peppermint Diva lehenga with fresh flower jewellery and her pretty make up was done by Subash Singh
Beautiful genda phool decor & tota maina hangings lent the perfect mehendi touch to the day!
The Great Gatsby Cocktail Night!
Their Great Gatsby themed cocktail night at St. Regis was the talk of the town. And who does cocktail gowns better than Shantanu and Nikhil? Priyanjali looked absolutely marvelous in a midnight blue Shantanu Nikhil gown as Abhishek color twinned with her!
MUA Ojas Rajani gave her the perfectly sizzling cocktail diva look!
Scintillating Sangeet!
An Indian wedding without a sangeet is like smoke without fire!
Priyanjali looked like a dream in a dazzling ivory Manish Malhotra lehengas. Makeup artist Varsha Gidwani did the perfect job of dolling her up for the big occasion. No wonder, it was one of her favorite looks from all the functions!
The sangeet took place at NSCI Dome and had super choreography by Vishal Kanoi, along with this rockstar performance by Rahul Vaidya that kept people on their toes till wee hours!
Priyanjali wanted to do something special for her sweetheart. So she danced on their favorite song – sung by her especially for him – and boy, was he swept off his feet!
The Wedding Day!
Finally, the big day arrived and the grand wedding took place at St. Regis, Mumbai.
Priyanjali looked the Royal Indian princess in her stunning red Sabyasachi lehenga and Abhishek looked nothing less than her perfect Prince charming!
Makeup artist Kapil Bhalla dolled her up for her big day and doesn’t she look picture perfect! All their lovely memories from the romantic proposal to the grand wedding were perfectly caught on frame by Israni Photography.
